Callender came through the Scarlets and Worcester pathway and also played for Brython Thunder before joining Harlequins in 2024. She made her Wales debut in 2019 and featured at the 2022 and 2025 Rugby World Cups. She has captained Wales Sevens and served as a Wales co-captain.
