Kildunne made her senior England debut in 2017 and has played for Harlequins, moving to Bristol Bears for the 2026-27 PWR season. She was named World Rugby Women's 15s Player of the Year in 2024 and won the 2025 Rugby World Cup with England. She was appointed MBE in the 2026 New Year Honours.
