Aldcroft plays for Gloucester-Hartpury and made her senior England debut against France in 2016. She was World Rugby Women's 15s Player of the Year in 2021 and was appointed England captain in January 2025, captaining the side to the 2025 Rugby World Cup title. She was awarded an OBE.
